The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company WELABZ with the share capital of 1000€ whose registered office is located at 7 rue des Lavandière 45000 Orléans, registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of ORLEANS B under number 838 588 507after being referred to as “WELABZ” and managing the https://crypto-shop.io website and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the https://crypto-shop.io website hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Sale is to define the contractual relationship between WELABZ and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the https://crypto-shop.io website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read before his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the https://crypto-shop.io site is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, enabling it to commit itself under these general terms and conditions of sale.

WELABZ retains the possibility to modify these sales conditions at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or with the aim of improving the use of its site. Therefore, the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the https://crypto-shop.io site of the company WELABZ within the limits of available stocks. WELABZ reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics. The photographs are the most faithful possible but do not commit the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the https://crypto-shop.io website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully allow the entry into their territory of these products.

Article 3. Rates

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalogue and are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (incl) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of products. WELABZ reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, it being understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 30 euros incl, the shipping costs are free; for any order less than 30 euros incl, a package of participation in the shipping costs will be invoiced to the buyer in the amount of 4,80 euros incl.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

Prior to any order, the buyer must create an account on https://crypto-shop.io. The account creation section can be accessed directly from the sidebar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information. The company WELABZ offers the buyer to order and settle his products in several steps, with 3 payment options to choose:

– Payment secured by Paypal or credit card (via the PAYPAL system): the buyer selects the products he wants to order in the “shopping cart”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by Paypal». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept the present general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invite him to validate his order by clicking on the button «Confirm my order». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface in order to provide his references of Paypal account or personal credit card. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be recredited or returned. The holder of a bank card is not liable if the contested payment has been proven fraudulently made, remotely, without physical use of his card. In order to obtain the refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that may have been incurred as a result of the transaction, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the withdrawal from his bank within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding him to it provides for it. The amounts deducted shall be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written objection filed by the holder. No costs for the return of sums may be borne by the holder.

– Secured payment by credit card: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “shopping cart”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by credit card». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept the present general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invite him to validate his order by clicking on the button «Confirm my order». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface of payment by CB in order to provide his personal credit card references in complete safety. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be recredited or returned. The holder of a bank card is not liable if the contested payment has been proven fraudulently made, remotely, without physical use of his card. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by crypto». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept the present general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invite him to validate his order by clicking on the button «Confirm my order». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure payment interface by crypto in order to send on the wallet of the company WELABZ. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by cryptocurrency is irrevocable. Only cryptocurrencies mentioned at the time of payment are accepted.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of the present conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the renunciation of taking advantage of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an e-mail address and has filled it in on his order form, the company WELABZ will send him an e-mail confirming the registration of his order.

Article 5. Retention of title

The company WELABZ retains full ownership of the products sold until the perfect collection of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.

Article 7. Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by different carriers, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. Delivery times are only given for information purposes; if these exceed four months from the date of the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The company WELABZ can provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his letter carrier. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage of his letter carrier, which allows him to remove the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a time indicated by the postal services. The risk of transport shall be borne by the purchaser from the time the items leave the premises of WELABZ or its supplier if the stocks are not held by WELABZ. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the postman or the deliveryman, the state of the packaging of the goods and its contents at the delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 7.1 Returns

We accept returns of new, unworn and unmarked items. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order (check via tracking number). After this period, there will be no exchange or return on our part.

Only items at regular price can be refunded. Items on sale are not refundable.

To return or exchange the item you have purchased, please contact us by email (contact@crypto-shop.io) or by phone (02 46 91 50 72). We will send you a return label to stick on your parcel.

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Any shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunds will not include the cost of shipping.

Article 8. Guarantee

All products supplied by WELABZ benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the company WELABZ who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post at the following address: WELABZ 7 rue des lavandières 45000 Orléans, within 30 days after delivery.

The logos of the brands used for the creation of products on the https://crypto-shop.io site have all been officially requested for use. WELABZ undertakes to remove from its website any product for which a counter-indication or prohibition of use has been formulated by the proprietary trademark. Requests should be sent by e-mail to contact@crypto-shop.io. All other elements of the site https://crypto-shop.io are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company WELABZ. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text, except for the brands concerned by the marketing of articles in their effigy.

Article 11. Personnal data

WELABZ undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. As such, Internet users have the right to access, modify and delete information about themselves. Article 12. Dispute resolution

The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the competent Tribunal will be that of Orléans.
